Lead Copywriter - Content Strategy

As the Content & Copy Lead at Tier2 Digital, you will take charge of all copy-related tasks, including messaging strategy, campaign concepts, website content, and brand narratives. You will be responsible for setting the tone and direction for various client accounts by collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and client services. This role is suitable for a mid-to-senior professional who excels in writing compelling copy and fosters creative thinking. Your responsibilities will include leading copy creation across multiple formats such as social media, websites, ads, emails, CRM campaigns, brand messaging, and video scripts. You will develop tone-of-voice and messaging strategies tailored to different brands and audiences, collaborate on creative direction with design and strategy teams, participate in brand workshops and client discovery sessions, review and refine copy to ensure high standards, support social media content for maintaining brand voice consistency, and confidently present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on copywriting experience in agencies or fast-paced creative teams. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand, performance, and digital copywriting. A deep understanding of how copy influences user experience, conversions, and brand perception is essential. Additionally, excellent language skills, a strategic mindset that aligns business goals with creative messaging, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently are required.
