Lead Consultant_Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Finance Functional

Responsibilities

ERP Transformation & Solution Leadership

• Finance transformation initiatives

• As-Is to To-Be process design

• functional solution architecture

• automation, standardization, and controls

Program & Stakeholder Leadership

• functional lead and SME

• Partner with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, and Business Process Owners to shape transformation roadmaps.

• Lead functional governance, design reviews, fit-gap analysis, and decision forums.

• Collaborate closely with Technical Architects, Integration leads, Data & Reporting teams.

Delivery & Execution

• Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Hypercare

• Guide teams on configuration, data migration validation, integrations, and UAT readiness.

• SOX, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements

• Drive adoption through change management, training strategy, and business readiness.

Pre-Sales & Practice Contribution

• pre-sales activities

• D365

• Mentor and build high-performing functional teams establish best practices and accelerators.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional & Domain Expertise

• Dynamics 365 Finance

• Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• multi-legal entity, multi-currency, and multi-country

• ERP modernization or legacy migration

Transformation & Leadership

• large ERP transformation programs

• process re-engineering and value realization

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Extensive Experience in ERP Implementation & Support (Strong experience in AX/D365 ERP)

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications.

• shared services, global business services (GBS), or managed services transitions

• Experience with global rollouts, localization, and multi-channel commerce.

• Power Platform, Reporting (Power BI), and Finance automation

• Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, CPG, Beverage, Retail, or Financial Services.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Agile development experience preferred.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in teams.
