We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant, Technical Content Writing. In this role, you will be tasked with demonstrating innovation and intuition in identifying areas that require operational adaptation and/or improvement, while also being an active user of Internet and online applications. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the process of idea generation and feature documentation/presentations. - Create technical documentation, including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, operation guides, and product specifications that enhance the experience for applications developed, particularly on the AWS platform. - Collaborate with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure the accuracy and clarity of the information provided. - Complete content writing assignments within defined timeframes. - Conduct research on Intelligent Automation to develop content and ideas. - Remain open to feedback and collaborate with the design team/BA team as needed. - Conduct thorough research on assigned topics. - Develop scripts and creative content for town halls. - Write technical content for monthly newsletters and creative content for assigned projects. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - BE/B Tech/MCA - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Effective communication skills - Experience in content writing - Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter - Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, and Lucid Chart - Experience in working with engineers to enhance user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content - Experience in software development Join us as a Lead Consultant based in India-Bangalore on a full-time schedule.
