Key Skills: Jira, Project Manager, Scrum Master Roles and Responsibilities: Manage small/medium/large deliveries in Oracle Fusion ensuring timely delivery of outputs by working closely with business, technology and leadership teams Lead and manage various scrum ceremonies across PODs in fusion technology. Plan and manage resource, technology and project budget across pods Identify, track, report risk and issues across POD and project deliveries. Ensuring governance, process improvement by facilitating & reporting status are followed. Analyze & align to latest agile processes, prioritize the deliverables by resource allocations in BoW. Skills Required: Minimum Work Experience: 10-15 years Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Budgeting, forecasting and Planning (GPDM), Project Management, Resource Management, etc Experienced Scrum Master, who also managed Scrum of Scrums Experience with agile methodologies and working as scrum master. Proven record of working in a collaborative environment with technology and cross functional business teams. Effective leader as well as team player with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Strong communication skills coupled with presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders. Candidate should be able to lead and track book of work deliveries, prioritise requirements, track schedule independently and present periodic status to management. Prior experience across project planning, costing, resourcing, requirements gathering, build and implementation, stakeholder co-ordination, release management and production support. Good understanding of Oracle Fusion or any other ERPs technical and functional components and business process flow. [Preferred but not mandatory] Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks. Budget management and forecasting of project demand. Experience in management of external service providers and vendor management. Ensure adherence to standard controls and drives teams to achieve compliance, framework and controls. Ability to effectively navigate and deliver change/transformation programmes in large global financial organizations, amidst the challenges posed by existing structure. Education: BTech/MTech (Preferred STEM stream).
