Role Overview: As a Lead Consultant in the Life Insurance domain at Infosys McCamish in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and management of life insurance products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of various key tasks related to life insurance. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the US Insurance domain, focusing on Life or Annuity products - Handle tasks such as new product launches, implementation, conversion, and migration processes - Utilize Policy Administration Systems like Vantage, Ingenium, OIPA, IPAS, ALIP, or EXIGEN - Understand compliance and taxation rules impacting policy servicing - Manage requirements, gathering tools, and use cases - Apply knowledge of life insurance terminology and calculations like TAMRA, CVAT, and GPT - Collaborate with actuaries to translate their requirements for development purposes - Gather and document requirements, contribute to project work streams, and share knowledge with the team - Analyze and resolve policy value, compliance calculations, and mismatches - Track and prioritize production issues - Lead stakeholder meetings for feedback and prioritization Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, risk management, or related field - Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience - LOMA certification Additional Details: Having expertise in conversion and migration, stakeholder management, compliance checks, deep domain knowledge in US life insurance and annuity products, as well as policy value calculations and documentation, will be vital for your success in this position.,
