.Collaborate with Product Managers to understand business goals, workflows, and feature requirements.
.Conduct requirement walkthroughs with engineering and QA teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
.Assist in impact analysis for new features, enhancements, or compliance updates.
.Support backlog refinement and ensure stories are well-documented and prioritized for sprints.
.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
.Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
.Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
.Extensive experience with data visualization
.High proficiency in technical writing
.Strong analytical and documentation skills able to convert business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
