Lead Compensation Benefits

As the Lead Compensation & Benefits at our client, a dynamic Fintech company in New Delhi, you will be responsible for driving the Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Compliance portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Management & HRBP, you will play a key role in shaping the compensation strategy and practices to support the company's growth in the Indian credit markets. Your main responsibilities will include driving the annual compensation review process, managing AIP, budgeting, and workforce planning. You will also be in charge of overseeing ESOPs, insurance programs, HRMS modules, and benefits communication. It is essential that you have a strong knowledge of ESOP management & administration, as this will be a mandatory requirement for this role. In addition, you will need to benchmark compensation trends, implement progressive C&B practices, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to design and implement innovative reward programs. Hands-on experience with HRMS, Excel, and analytics will be crucial for success in this role, as well as a Masters degree in HR or a related field. The ideal candidate for this position will be analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing high-volume C&B operations.
