Job Description

About the Job 20+ years experience in the field of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning of green field and brown field projects in Refinery, Petrochemical & Oil & Gas industry. Detail design review, package detailing review, PFD, P&ID review, Upgradation and finalization of P & I Diagrams & Line List. Preparation of scope and the responsibilities for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, pre-commissioning & commissioning plan. Necessary resources for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities Identification of systems and sub-systems by marking up of PFDs and PIDs. Development of planning and scheduling of pre-commissioning and commissioning plan for entire projects and integration with Client planning for commissioning. Review of Commissioning sequence and plan, development of detailed commissioning procedures , leak test, , dry-out, steam turbine solo run, gas turbine solo run, DCS loop checking, DCS, ESD and PLC logic test, test forms and Ready for Start-up for systems. About You B.E. Chemical with 20+ years of experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning of green field and brown field projects in Refinery, Petrochemical & Oil & Gas industry.
