Drive optimization and enhancement of IFS EAM functions, including CMMS core modules such as Work Order Management, Asset & Equipment Registry, and Preventive Maintenance.
Define and enforce IFS solution design standards, governance, and industry best practices across ERP implementations.
Partner with stakeholders to develop long-term IFS roadmaps, evaluate retrofit options, and communicate solution strategies.
Reconfigure and refine existing IFS EAM solutions to maximize operational efficiency and asset utilization.
Lead optimization of mobile maintenance solutions (IFS MWO) and Planning & Scheduling modules for improved resource allocation.
Strengthen integrations between IFS Maintenance, Inventory, Project Costing, and General Ledger for better financial and operational visibility.
Leverage historical maintenance data to improve forecasting, decision-making, and asset lifecycle planning.
Manage integrations with external platforms (IoT, APIs, IFS Connect) to expand functionality and data accessibility.
Provide leadership in RCA investigations, business process mapping, workflow design, and KPI-driven reporting.
Mentor teams, manage projects, and ensure high levels of user adoption, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in Asset Management, with proven expertise in IFS Apps 10 & IFS Cloud.
Certified IFS Consultant with end-to-end implementation and optimization experience.
Strong background in asset maintenance, reliability, planning, and process improvement.
Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency, compliance, and reporting excellence.
Skilled in stakeholder management, documentation (FDDs, CRIMs, solution designs), and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
