Lead- Cloud Infra Optimization & Security Specialist

Role Overview: As a Lead Cloud Infra Optimization & Security Specialist, your main responsibility will be to lead the optimization and security of the cloud infrastructure. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the cloud domain, with specific expertise in managing heavy cloud infrastructure, team management, and optimizing and securing cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: - Take initiatives to ensure that the cloud environment is secure, cost-optimized, ready for security audits, and scalable. - Monitor IAM policies, encryption standards, and access controls to maintain a secure cloud environment. - Collaborate with finance, DevOps, and security teams to align cost and security goals. - Implement cloud cost management strategies such as rightsizing, reserved instances, and savings plans. - Analyze and optimize cloud usage across AWS, Azure, and OCI to reduce costs. - Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and corporate policies. - Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on cost savings and security posture. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of networking including security groups, firewalls, and VPCs. - Hands-on experience with AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, or OCI Billing. - Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption (KMS, SSL/TLS), and cloud security standards (CIS, NIST). - Proficiency with tools like CloudHealth or AWS Trusted Advisor.
