Lead Cloud Engineer - Vice President

Role Overview: You will be joining Citi's Cloud Technology Services (CTS) team as a Cloud Engineer - Public Cloud Container Services (GCP) - Vice President. Your role will involve shaping and executing the public cloud strategy, focusing on public cloud container services to support Citi's secure and enterprise-scale adoption of public cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical expertise as a hands-on contributor within a product team dedicated to public cloud container services, aiming to advance Citi's public cloud strategy. - Collaborate with cloud engineers and full-stack software developers to build and deploy solutions that align with the public cloud strategy. - Identify and implement automation initiatives to enhance processes related to public cloud services consumption, improving client satisfaction and delivering business value. - Work closely with teams across Citi's technology landscape to ensure alignment between public cloud initiatives and broader business goals. - Contribute to defining and measuring success criteria for service availability and reliability within the specific product domain. - Ensure adherence to relevant standards, policies, and regulations to prioritize the protection of Citi's reputation, clients, and assets. Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role - Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment - Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication - Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify best practices - Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills - Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams - Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative - Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Proven track record of operational process change and improvement Additional Details: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience required, Masters degree preferred Please note that the company's EEO Policy Statement and accessibility information can be found on their website for review.,
