Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical operations of the cardiac rehabilitation program. Your role will involve developing and implementing clinical protocols and guidelines, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a multidisciplinary team of health professionals. You will also be required to conduct performance reviews, supervise patient assessments, and drive patient engagement to enhance efficacy. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage clinical operations of the cardiac rehabilitation program. - Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines in line with best practices. - Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards. - Lead, mentor, and train a multidisciplinary team of health professionals including Dieticians, Care Managers, and Mental Wellness experts. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous professional development opportunities. - Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment. - Supervise patient assessments, care plans, and rehabilitation progress. - Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies to enhance efficacy. - Drive patient engagement and satisfaction to increase referrals and renewals. - Leverage data and technology to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with technology teams to develop new tools and solutions for cardiac rehabilitation. - Stay updated with the latest clinical research and incorporate relevant findings into practice. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. - MBBS degree. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train a diverse team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to stay updated with the latest clinical research and incorporate findings into practice. - Prior experience in cardiac rehabilitation will be an advantage.,
