Job Description

As a QA/QC team member at GFCL EV Products Limited, your role will involve setting up an analytical facility for testing Battery Materials, raw materials, and in-process samples. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all Zero Error testing standards are met to guarantee Zero defect product delivery - Establishing and maintaining Quality Assurance Systems to ensure a world-class product delivery system with zero customer complaints as the ultimate target - Adherence to IMS procedures and documentation To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with chemical and instrumental analysis, including handling hygroscopic/hazardous materials such as Glove box operations, Ion chromatography, GC-MS, ICP-MS, etc. Additionally, you should possess good analytical abilities, exposure to root cause analysis, leadership skills to coach and build high-performing teams, and a solid understanding of Chemistry and operational issues. Qualifications required for this role include an M. Sc in Analytical/Inorganic chemistry or equivalent with hands-on experience in chemical analysis. You should have a total experience of around 8 to 12 years in chemical/instrumental analysis, data interpretation, and troubleshooting, with 3-5 years of experience in handling hygroscopic/hazardous materials. Experience in a large and leading chemical complex will be advantageous, and familiarity with battery material testing is desirable.
