Lead Chatbot Developer

You will be joining Mobiloitte Technologies, a leading software development company focusing on AI, Blockchain, Web & Mobile App Development, IoT, and Automation Solutions. As part of the AI & Automation Practice expansion, we are seeking a Conversational AI Lead who possesses expertise in chatbot architecture, LLM integration, and pre-sales solution design. In this role, you will lead AI-driven chatbot and voicebot projects, engage in client discussions, and craft technical solutions that meet business requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, architecture, and development of conversational AI platforms such as chatbots, voicebots, and LLM integrations. - Driving pre-sales and client solutioning activities by preparing proposals, RFPs, and delivering technical presentations. - Developing and integrating LLMs (such as OpenAI, LangChain, Bedrock, Anthropic, etc.) into enterprise chatbot frameworks. - Creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical demonstrations for clients. - Collaborating with AI engineers, UI/UX, and backend teams to ensure end-to-end project delivery. - Mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to best practices in scalability, security, and performance. - Staying abreast of the latest trends in AI, NLP, and conversational technologies. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following technical skills: - Languages: Python (Flask/FastAPI), Node.js - Chatbot Frameworks: Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or custom Python-based frameworks - AI/LLM Tools: OpenAI, LangChain, Bedrock, Anthropic, etc. - Concepts: NLP, NLU, Prompt Engineering, Context Management, Microservices Architecture - Databases: MongoDB, MySQL - Cloud/DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes Additionally, experience in solution demos, RFP responses, and client-facing technical discussions would be considered a bonus. As a desired candidate, you should have: - 6+ years of overall software development experience. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in chatbot, AI, or LLM-based architecture/design. - Strong expertise in solution design and pre-sales engagement. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client interaction. - The ability to manage both technical leadership and client expectations efficiently.
