As a Lead Campaign Manager at Data Axle Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing primary accounts, managing daily workflow, and monitoring team schedules. Your role will involve collaborating with Campaign Managers, Email Developers, and Quality Assurance resources to ensure that best practices are followed and campaign development meets client expectations. You will be accountable for the daily campaign execution production within the Campaign Services department, ensuring that all campaign deployment requests are assigned resources and work is evenly distributed among available resources. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the Campaign Execution Services team to manage, build, and deploy campaigns for clients. - Managing and providing oversight as campaigns progress through development stages. - Establishing and maintaining workflows based on campaign calendars in coordination with internal departments and clients. - Ensuring correct allocation of department resources to support varying client needs. - Tracking, reporting, and managing communications and delegation of work. - Anticipating hand-off deadlines and following up to prevent delays. - Managing asset intake and building final assets, ensuring clear requirements for Email Development team and QA resources. - Acting as a point of contact for potential issues, making quick decisions, and providing recommendations to move forward. - Serving as a subject matter expert for client consulting and participating in an off-hour monitoring escalation process. - Managing documentation for client programs and processes, ensuring accessibility to the team. - Cross-training and developing the team for transparent production support and smooth handoff to overnight and weekend support teams. - Assisting with internal testing, best practices discovery, external client consulting, and training clients on coding or process best practices. - Traveling to other business locations in a consulting capacity. Working Hours & Holiday Schedule: - This role requires working in shifts following the Blended US/India Holiday calendar. - Shift timings vary but will be discussed and set with the candidate. Requirements: Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. - 8+ years of previous relevant work experience is required. - 3+ years' experience within an enterprise-level ESP. - SFMC Specialist Certification with 3+ years' experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - SFMC Administrator, Consultant, or Developer certifications are a bonus. - Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative thinking and initiative to achieve individual and team deliverables on time. - Understanding of dynamic message building, CSS, HTML, SQL, and database structure knowledge. - Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels and external business contacts. - Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and internal customer schedules with minimal oversight. - Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, impeccable eye for detail, and strong organizational skills. - Knowledge of best practices in email coding is advantageous. - Strong work ethic with a desire for self and team improvement.
