Lead Business Systems Analyst

This role requires you to be the primary SharePoint designer for the General Counsel's Organization (GCO), overseeing SharePoint development utilizing MS Power Tools (MS Power Apps, Automate, and Power BI). You will also be responsible for managing a small number of business-developed MS Access sites and facilitating their transition to more sustainable technology. Additionally, you will be involved in the system administration of the BrightIdea ideation tool and other GCO applications. Your responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and supporting the GCO inventory of SharePoint sites, collaborating with various teams across GCO to understand business requirements and efficiently drive the MS SharePoint/Power Platform solutions. You will also maintain current support for approximately 5 Access databases and provide analysis for transitioning to a Technology or SharePoint solution. Furthermore, you will engage in the ongoing maintenance and development of the Service Provider and Oversight Tool and provide system administration for the BrightIdea tool, crucial for GCO innovation. You will be expected to coach and troubleshoot with GCO partners on SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Power Apps, while staying updated on the latest technology and IT standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from a reputed university with 5-8 years of relevant experience - Expertise in developing and working with SharePoint, including SharePoint Designer and InfoPath - Proficiency in the MS Power Tool suite (Power BI, Apps, and Automate) and DAX - Strong experience with MS Excel and Access - Knowledge of Application Development lifecycle and strong systems analysis skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with technology standards and controls - Experience in developing Power BI reporting using various data sources like relational databases, Excel, and SharePoint - Knowledge of Ameriprise Data Lake environments - Familiarity with SQL, AWS Athena, and other development protocols - Proficiency in at least one programming language, with preference for Python About Ameriprise India LLP: Ameriprise India LLP has been offering client-based financial solutions for 125 years, aiding clients in planning and achieving their financial goals.
