Lead Business Central - Functional Consultant

About the Role

As a Lead Business Central - Functional Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

Translating complex business requirements into effective software configurations
, and clearly demonstrating to customers how the configured solution addresses their specific needs.
Conducting thorough demonstrations and training sessions
for customer users, ensuring the implemented solution is well-understood and adopted.
Rigorously testing the solution
and proactively addressing various what if scenarios to ensure its robustness and reliability.

Skills & Experience

At least
8-13 years of experience
implementing ERP systems.
Strong understanding of
Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
.
Ability to comprehensively understand and articulate
business processes and needs
.
Familiarity with
Food & Beverage businesses and processes
, preferably within the fresh produce sector or similar industries focused on food traceability and/or seed-to-shelf processes.
Curious and passionate about problem-solving.
Ambitious and unafraid of change.
Dedicated to delivering high performance.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Experience implementing systems in a
process manufacturing
environment.
Experience in
large distribution or warehousing
.
Experience implementing ERP in a
Food and/or Beverage Finance/Manufacturing environment
