Lead Business Analyst

Job Description As a Business Analyst for RPA projects, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility assessments and analysis. You will have strong experience in using RPA tools such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath. Your key responsibilities will include identifying problems, proposing solutions for process improvement, and interacting with clients and stakeholders regularly to review automation performance. Additionally, you will assist the project manager in project management activities like planning, efforts estimation, scheduling, project change management, scoping, project monitoring, and risk management. You should have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel to other places if required. You will also work and coordinate across various groups, leading cross-functional teams that include production support staff, management, software developers, customer representatives, quality assurance engineers, and testers.
