Description
As a Lead Business Analyst at Chubb, your role involves documenting functional and non-functional requirements, creating and reviewing use cases, maintaining Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders for timely sign-offs, provide technical and functional support for defect resolution, and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project vision. Additionally, you will facilitate user demos, testing, and sign-offs following Agile processes, ensuring solutions align with Transformation & Change Delivery processes without creating gaps. Key Responsibilities: - Document functional and non-functional requirements - Author/create and review use cases - Create and maintain Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with senior stakeholders for sign-offs - Provide technical and functional support for defect resolution - Maintain requirements traceability - Facilitate user demos, testing, and sign-offs - Collaborate with Transformation & Change Delivery process resources - Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency - Participate in daily scrums with technical teams Skills And Qualifications: - 7 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst in P&C insurance field - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related STEM fields - Extensive experience in Scrum Agile and POD Structure - Knowledge of P&C Claims process - Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools - Strong technical knowledge with SQL query execution - Experience in creating business process workflows - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Detail-oriented, technically motivated, and user-oriented Join Chubb, a leading global insurance company, to be part of an organization that values employee experience and fosters a start-up-like culture.
