Lead Business Analyst

As a Lead Business Analyst at Chubb, your role involves documenting functional and non-functional requirements, creating and reviewing use cases, maintaining Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders for timely sign-offs, provide technical and functional support for defect resolution, and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project vision. Additionally, you will facilitate user demos, testing, and sign-offs following Agile processes, ensuring solutions align with Transformation & Change Delivery processes without creating gaps.
