Lead Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst for RPA projects, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility assessments and analyses to support the implementation of Robotic Process Automation. You should have a strong background in working with RPA tools such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath. Your role will involve identifying process improvement opportunities, proposing solutions, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders. In this position, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel to different locations as needed. You will also be expected to interact regularly with clients and stakeholders to review automation performance and provide updates on project progress. Additionally, you will support the project manager in various project management activities, including planning, effort estimation, scheduling, change management, scoping, monitoring, and risk management. Your experience in coordinating across different groups and leading cross-functional teams, including production support staff, management, software developers, customer representatives, quality assurance engineers, and testers, will be valuable in this role.,
