Job Description

Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using .NET (C#).
Architect enterprise-grade solutions , ensuring adherence to clean code principles and software design best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.) to deliver high-quality software.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of the backend services.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support effective knowledge sharing.
Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and practices to enhance development efficiency.

7 8 years of experience in Backend Development using .NET (C#) .
Good Knowledge in enterprise software architecture and design patterns .
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, microservices architecture , and RESTful APIs .
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases .
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines , source control (Git), and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of unit testing, TDD/BDD practices , and code quality tools.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills; ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex technical projects.
