Job Description

  • Expertise knowledge in O2C (End to end O2C) specifically for Billing.
  • Hands on experience in Invoicing, Credit Memo Rebill and Write off Process.
  • Manage the generic mailbox for all BU.
  • Customer dispute management, exception handling.
  • Problem solving skill, escalation handling.
  • Invoicing review/ Quality Check for the process.
  • Excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage team.
  • Client management- involvement in Customer review meetings.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS excel.
  • Willing to work in all kind of shifts (APAC/EMEA/Latin America)
