Lead Assistant, Document Management

As a Lead Assistant in Document Management, your role involves assisting with compiling and maintaining project documentation files. This includes organizing technical data, engineering/supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders, and other necessary project documents. Your responsibilities also include updating, examining, and maintaining the project document control record keeping system to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data. You will be involved in preparing transmittals and distributing data as directed. Additionally, you will interface with the reproduction department to fulfill reproduction requirements as per project procedures. You are expected to work autonomously with limited supervision and may lead daily operations while facilitating the work of others.
