Lead Architect

As a Senior Architect at Mlange Studio, located in Greater Kailash II, New Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in our design-forward architectural and interior projects. With a reputation for creating spaces that harmonize innovation and timeless aesthetics, we are looking for an individual with 3-10 years of professional experience to join our vibrant team and lead high-impact initiatives. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the development of design concepts and presentations, overseeing the creation of working drawings and construction documents, collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting site visits to ensure design integrity, and mentoring junior team members to foster their growth. Your expertise in F&B and hospitality projects will be a valuable asset in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with a Master's degree (M.Arch) being a plus, along with 3-5 years of relevant architectural experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is essential, while familiarity with Revit and 3D visualization tools is advantageous. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are crucial for independently managing multiple projects and deadlines.
