This role involves managing customer leads efficiently, coordinatingwith the sales team for timely follow-ups, and supporting administrative and logisticsoperations to ensure smooth business functioning in the Karnataka region.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers received through hot leads and manage their queriesprofessionally.Schedule and coordinate appointments with Sales Engineers to ensure timelylead follow-up.Share customer details, requirements, and meeting feedback with the salesteam.Monitor the progress of leads from initial contact to closure, maintaining dailyupdates.Support administrative functions including logistics coordination,documentation, and vendor follow-ups.Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in day-to-day office operations.Handle travel arrangements, material dispatch tracking, and expensecoordination.Work under defined monthly or quarterly targets for performance accountability.

Skills And Qualifications
