Lead Android Developer

As a Lead Android Developer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership within the Android team. Your role will involve driving architecture decisions, mentoring developers, maintaining code quality, and setting the strategic direction of the Android platform. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Android developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code and adherence to best practices - Mentor junior developers to help grow their technical skills - Research and evaluate new mobile technologies and industry trends - Participate in discussions regarding the overall architecture and platform strategy for Android Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Proven experience as a Lead Android Developer or in a similar leadership role - Deep understanding of Android development frameworks and tools - Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages - Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and leadership abilities,
