Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Master's degree in

    Finance, Banking

  • CFA / CA designation

  • Exceptional

    and proficiency in

    Microsoft Office

  • Prior experience in

    valuation reporting

    or financial analytics preferred.
  • Ability to

Team Associate Responsibilities (For Reference):

  • Maintain valuation metrics and portfolio data for real estate properties.
  • Update trackers and databases for real estate and debt reporting.
  • Build and enhance

    databases for acquisition/disposition tracking

    , peer comparison, and performance attribution.
  • Provide accurate portfolio data to

    investor reporting teams or LPs

    .
  • Support creation of investor materials, such as quarterly letters and marketing documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc

    analyses, business cases

    , and identify key trends and variances.
  • Coordinate quarterly reporting between

    onshore and offshore teams

    .
  • Proactively seek

    operational efficiencies

    and reporting enhancements.
  • Support business initiatives and ensure consistent focus on
