Lead Analyst IT - System Analysis

What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst to join our

Label Printing and Marking (LPM) team

. This role supports enterprise-wide labeling and marking systems, ensuring operational continuity, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of print infrastructure and application support. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and foundational knowledge of system and solution design to help drive scalable and sustainable improvements.

• Partners with business users on requirements, processes & systems.
• Participates in the entire project lifecycle: analysis of proposed process/system changes.
• Helps manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows Server environments, including analysis of system and application logs.
• Configure and manage TCP/IP-based network printers, including driver deployment and print queue management.
• Support and maintain enterprise labeling systems, including Teklynx Central, CODESOFT, SENTINEL, Loftware LPS, and Loftware Cloud.
• Analyze and resolve application-level issues using log data, user feedback, and collaboration with development or vendor teams.
• Operate within ITSM frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for incident, problem, and change management.
• Utilize Active Directory for user/group management and understand Group Policy basics.
• Perform basic SQL queries and interpret database structures to support application troubleshooting.
• Document and maintain internal knowledge bases and support materials for LPM systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand upstream and downstream impacts of labeling processes.
• Contribute to the design and refinement of labeling solutions that align with business requirements and IT architecture standards.
  

Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution

Minimum Of 4 Years Relevant Experience

Proven experience in IT support, systems analysis, or infrastructure roles (minimum 2 years).

Skills

• Hands-on experience with enterprise labeling systems, especially Teklynx and Loftware platforms.
• Strong background in Windows Server administration and network printing.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and SQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and map end-to-end business processes.
• Exposure to system or solution design principles, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
