About Proctortrack Proctortrack is a leading online proctoring platform that ensures exam integrity using advanced AI technologies in video, image, and voice analytics. We continuously innovate to create seamless, secure, and automated experiences for learners and institutions worldwide. We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer who will drive innovation across our AI stackbuilding and deploying intelligent, scalable solutions that power our proctoring ecosystem. Key Responsibilities AI/ML Development Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for video, image and voice analysis. Work on real-time inference pipelines for multimodal AI systems (face/voice/behavior detection, event classification, etc.). Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize models for accuracy, latency, and efficiency across edge and cloud environments. MLOps & Automation Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Build and manage MLOps pipelines using modern frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or similar). Leverage AI for automated workflows enabling intelligent decision-making, scalable model retraining, and continuous improvement. System Integration Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to integrate ML models into Django-based web applications and Mobile applications. Ensure smooth model serving, versioning, and scalability within the product ecosystem.

Contribute to API design and architecture reviews to enhance system reliability and performance. Research & Innovation Stay updated on latest AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Whisper, CLIP, etc.). Prototype and evaluate state-of-the-art models for practical deployment in proctoring and remote assessment scenarios. Drive innovation to enhance user experience, reduce manual intervention, and increase automation across operations. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Transformers, etc.) Proven experience in developing models for computer vision (video/image), voice/audio processing, and natural language understanding Solid understanding of MLOps principles, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, and monitoring Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with Django web framework, REST APIs, Celery, Redis, and microservice architectures Strong foundation in data pipelines, distributed processing, and model performance optimization Ability to conceptualize and implement automated AI-driven workflows that improve team efficiency Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Prior experience in EdTech, AI-based surveillance, or remote proctoring is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating AI pipelines with FastAPI/Django backends Familiarity with LangChain / RAG / LLM fine-tuning for intelligent assistants Exposure to audio/video streaming and analysis frameworks (FFmpeg, GStreamer, WebRTC) Knowledge of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy best practices What We Offer
