Lead - AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

You are a highly skilled and experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Lead sought to join a team in Mumbai. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of AEM-based solutions for clients. Leading a team of developers, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and optimized AEM solutions. As the AEM Lead, your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of AEM developers and technical experts. You will provide guidance on best practices, technical solutions, and work on solution architecture, including scalability, security, performance, and integration. Overseeing the end-to-end development process of AEM-based web applications, you will develop and configure AEM components, templates, workflows, and services. Engaging with stakeholders, including clients and business teams, you will understand requirements and provide optimal solutions. Ensuring high-quality deliverables, you will conduct code reviews, set up automated testing frameworks, and ensure adherence to coding standards. You will troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, implement solutions to improve AEM site performance, and work on third-party integrations such as CRM, DAM, and other enterprise systems. Furthermore, you will maintain detailed documentation related to project architecture, processes, and configurations and collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other development teams to ensure smooth project delivery. In terms of required skills and qualifications, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with at least 3+ years in a lead role. Your technical skills should include expertise in AEM 6.5 and its features, strong knowledge of AEM - Edge delivery services (EDS), Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, AEM integrations and APIs, AEM deployment and cloud infrastructure, and proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. You must have proven experience in leading teams, managing projects, troubleshooting, and debugging, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable skills include Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM, experience working in an Agile environment, and knowledge of Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this role.,
