Lead Account Development (Inbound and Outbound)

Role Overview: At OpenText, we are looking for a Lead Account Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving your own sales pipeline and providing mentorship to other Account Development Executives. Operating in the US shift, you will engage with global prospects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth of the India Center of Excellence (CoE). Key Responsibilities: - Achieve individual KPIs such as qualified pipeline generation, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness. - Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to other Account Development Executives. - Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies, messaging, and campaign execution. - Monitor team activity metrics, identify improvement areas, and contribute to process optimization. - Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure best practices across all sales development tools. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in inbound and outbound sales development or B2B demand generation. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales development KPIs in a global or US market context. - Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha, and related prospecting tools. - Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated experience in mentoring or supporting ADE teams. - Highly driven, proactive, and motivated to grow into a sales leadership or team lead role.
