As a Solutions Engineer for Presales at our client - a global leader in Identity Security, you will play a crucial role in driving technical pre-sales activities in India. Your responsibilities will include managing technical processes and escalations, proactively identifying new sales opportunities, responding to RFIs/RFPs, ensuring the success of customer proof-of-concepts, creating and designing solutions, conveying requirements to product management teams, providing technical support at partner seminars and trade shows, developing technical knowledge, mentoring other solutions engineers, and creating training content for the SE organization. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in MIS/Computer Science or have equivalent experience, along with at least 5 years of presales experience in a high-tech sales environment. You must possess strong expertise in Windows/Active Directory administration and operations, with some knowledge of UNIX/Linux. Additionally, you should have excellent presentation and communication skills to deliver product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences effectively. A solid understanding of security concepts and experience in developing security roles within organizations that align with functional, technical, and regulatory requirements is essential. Operational familiarity with LDAP directories and authentication methods, as well as enterprise application authentication experience, will be beneficial. Any application development experience, scripting knowledge, and certifications like CISSP or SANS will be advantageous in this role. Proactive ServiceNow ticket management as per the Arm Ticket Management Standards. Required Skills And Experience Experience of operating Microsoft Identity Manager and similar tools. Experience of working with Entra ID. Understanding of modern authentication methods. Understanding of group management (Security, mail Enabled and Dynamic/Criteria based).
