Job Location - Ambernath MIDC , EAST

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Material Planning Engineer to manage and execute plate cutting layouts with precision. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in material layout and possess a strong proficiency in AutoCAD. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed layout designs for plate cutting operations, ensuring optimal material utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify detailed layouts, blueprints, and schematics for plate cutting processes.
• Ensure all layouts meet project specifications and industry standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and precision in all work.
• Work closely with production teams, engineers, and other to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
• Perform regular checks and audits of layouts and cutting plans to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any layout-related issues that may arise during production, making necessary adjustments to plans as required.
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of layout designs, revisions, and related project information.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in plate cutting layout or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software. Experience with additional CAD software is a plus.
• Education: Diploma, NCVT, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of material properties, cutting processes, and layout optimization techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
