As an Analyst / Advanced Analyst in the Entity Compliance and Governance Services team of GDS Legal Managed Services, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support services such as Entity Compliance and Governance, Contract Life Cycle Management, Research and Regulatory Mapping, and Managed Review and Functional Analysis. Working alongside a vast network of legal professionals from different backgrounds and geographies, you will focus on delivering exceptional client service with a global mindset while collaborating with other EY professionals from Assurance, Tax, Transactions, and Advisory. In this dynamic and result-oriented working environment, you will report to GDS ECG Seniors / Managers and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in providing end-to-end legal support to the global EY Law network. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Ability to interpret relevant regulations and apply them effectively - Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently - Organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve results independently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to summarize and harmonize data - Proficiency in research and analysis, with a keen eye for detail - Knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Proactive and motivated approach to teamwork and task execution - Business acumen and dedication to legality - International outlook and awareness To qualify for this role, you should have a B.Com Graduate from a reputed college/university or be CS qualified or pursuing CS (ICSI) with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary in private practice or with a practicing Company Secretary. Exposure to multi-jurisdiction laws and/or contract management experience is considered an advantage.
