Laundry & Plant Operations Manager

You will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of the laundry plant in Noida, overseeing garment processing, team supervision, and route planning for pickup & delivery. Your main duties will involve managing laundry and dry cleaning operations, including washing, dry cleaning, pressing, and packing. Identifying fabric types, ensuring correct cleaning methods, and supervising staff for hygiene, speed, and quality will also be essential. - Oversee day-to-day functioning of the laundry and dry cleaning unit - Identify fabric types and use appropriate cleaning methods - Supervise washers, ironers, quality checkers, and helpers - Coordinate with riders for efficient pickup and delivery routes - Maintain stock of detergents, chemicals, tags, packaging, and supplies - Monitor QC standards and customer feedback for improvements - Conduct regular maintenance of washing, drying, and pressing machines - Prior experience managing laundry operations in a B2C environment - Expertise in garment care, dry cleaning, stain treatment, and plant management - Skills in team management, logistics, and quality assurance,
