Lathe Machine Operator

As a Manual Lathe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Reading and understanding manufacturing drawings and tolerances to accurately carry out machining operations. - Proficiently using critical measuring instruments with precision up to 10 microns. - Quickly grasping the requirements for machining pump repair welded parts, ensuring assembly clearances and shaft fits within specified tolerances. - Demonstrating expertise in manufacturing complex parts like shaft threaded nuts, shaft sleeves, taper pins for pumps on a sample and fitment basis as per urgent requirements. - Operating Radial Drill machine, surface Grinding, and milling machine effectively. - Collaborating closely with the assembly/repair team to meet the machined parts" specifications.
