Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic
  • Perform keyword research and integrate high-value keywords into web content, metadata, and headings
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend on-site optimizations for enhanced performance
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content aligned with keyword strategies
  • Manage off-site SEO efforts including link-building campaigns, guest posts, and domain authority improvements
  • Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior using analytics tools
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with web developers, designers, and content creators to implement SEO best practices
  • Align SEO activities with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives
  • Identify and resolve technical issues such as crawl errors, page speed, and duplicate content
  • Conduct competitive analysis to monitor SEO strategies in the industry
  • Explore and implement advanced SEO trends like voice search and mobile-first indexing

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or SEO Specialist with a measurable impact on organic growth
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Proficiency in keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO strategies
  • Experience in link-building, outreach, and off-page optimization
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with tech, content, and marketing teams
  • Continuous learning attitude and awareness of SEO trends and innovations
  • SEO or digital marketing certifications are an advantage
