Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Panchkula, Haryana Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO / Senior Executive Contact HR: Miss. Mandeep (9875929454) & Miss. Yachika (8427700535) Required Qualifications & Experience: Married Female Preferred with child Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor and strong sense of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documents as required. Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Monitor and prioritize emails and communications on behalf of the executive. Assist in project coordination and follow-up on deliverables. Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and office logistics as needed. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing files, and recordkeeping.
