Laser Cutter Operator Job Title: Laser Cutter Operator Cum Bending Operator Location: Coimbatore Job Type: [Full-Time] Job Summary: As a Laser Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to create precision parts and components. You will interpret technical drawings, set up the machines, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate laser cutting machines, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Setup and Calibration: Set up machines according to specifications, including loading programs and calibrating settings. Quality Control: Inspect cut pieces for accuracy, adhering to quality control standards and specifications. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure optimal performance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and any issues encountered during the process. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing preferred. Previous experience operating laser cutting machines is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with computer numerical control (CNC) operations is advantageous. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to and stand for extended periods. Manual dexterity for handling tools and materials. Vision acuity for inspecting precision work.
