Laser Operator

As an individual with ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Tool & Die / Production, you are preferred for the role. Your basic knowledge of machining or fabrication will be beneficial in this position. Additionally, your willingness to learn CNC laser machine operation is essential. Having the ability to read simple engineering drawings (added advantage) and possessing good observation skills & quality awareness will be advantageous. Your role will involve various key responsibilities such as: - Learning to operate CNC laser cutting machine under supervisor guidance - Understanding machine controls, program loading, and parameter settings - Assisting in loading/unloading metal sheets on the cutting table - Monitoring cutting quality and reporting defects - Supporting in basic machine maintenance and cleaning - Learning safety procedures for laser operation - Following production plan and completing assigned tasks - Maintaining work area cleanliness (5S) - Recording daily output and machine status - Supporting senior operator during setup and troubleshooting As a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience, you can apply for this position if you are physically fit to handle materials, safety-conscious, and disciplined.
