Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laser Operator based in Chennai. The Laser Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machinery, ensuring the production of precision sheet metal components. Key responsibilities include setting up the machine, monitoring operations, performing routine maintenance, and conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications. The role also involves managing operational workflows to meet production deadlines effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and Laser Cutting Experience with Laser machinery and related technologies Skills in Quality Control to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards Understanding of Operations Management to optimize workflow and productivity Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work efficiently in an on-site manufacturing environment Relevant certification or training in laser operation or manufacturing processes is an advantage
