Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Plasma Laser Cutting Machine Operator with CNC experience to set up, operate, and maintain cutting-edge plasma and laser cutting equipment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CNC programming, able to interpret blueprints, and ensure precise cuts on metals and other materials. Safety, quality, and efficiency are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot plasma and laser cutting machines with CNC controls
• Program CNC machines based on technical drawings and specifications
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal results
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines
• Conduct quality checks to ensure cut accuracy and meet production standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience with plasma, laser cutting, and CNC machinery
• Strong CNC programming and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of safety protocols in an industrial environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
