Programming for Laser Cutting Machine. Operating of Laser Cutting Laser Machine. Production Planning on Laser Cutting Machine. Preventive maintenance on Laser Cutting Machine. Engineering Documentation. Training to new workers. Knowledge of Laser Cutting Machines. Knowledge of Sheet metal Manufacturing. Operate Laser Cutting Machines: Set up and operate laser cutting machines to perform cutting, engraving, or marking tasks on various materials.Select appropriate settings for speed, power, and focal distance based on material type and thickness. Interpret Technical Drawings: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine cutting paths and specifications.Ensure accuracy in cutting to meet product dimensions and tolerances. Machine Setup and Calibration: Prepare the laser cutting machine for operation, including loading materials, adjusting cutting parameters, and calibrating the equipment.Perform necessary maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
