Minimum 5 years of experience in PHP development; 1+ years leading technical teams or projects. Deep knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony) and best practices. Strong database skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization techniques. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Qualifications : Understanding of security standards relevant to financial applications (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2). Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus). Agile/Scrum project experience preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of payment gateways, banking APIs, or core banking systems.
