Laptop Technician cum Sales Executive

We are hiring a Laptop Technician cum Sales Executive with strong technical skills in laptop repair, servicing, and troubleshooting. This dual-role position also involves customer engagement, product explanation, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on laptops and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide timely solutions.
• Assist customers in understanding products and services.
• Support sales by recommending suitable products based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven hands-on experience in laptop repair and servicing.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
• Sales experience or customer service background is a plus.

Compensation:

• Salary + Commission
• Attractive incentives based on performance and sales.
