Laptop Hardware Service Engineer

As a Laptop/Desktop Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include providing troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services for laptops and desktops. You will be required to diagnose and fix hardware issues such as motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements. Moreover, your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving software problems including operating system errors and malware issues. You will also be responsible for performing system configurations and updates to ensure optimal performance. Installing, configuring, and upgrading laptop/desktop components and software will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, conducting preventive maintenance checks will be essential to ensure the smooth functioning of the devices. This is a contractual/temporary position with a day shift schedule. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in laptop repair. Please note that this position requires on-site work.
