Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Laptop & Mobile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of diagnosing and repairing various models of laptops and smartphones. This role requires travel to customer locations and branch showrooms for service support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in mobile phones and laptops
• Perform tasks such as screen replacements, battery swaps, motherboard repairs, OS installation, and software troubleshooting
• Provide on-site service support at customer locations and branches as required
• Maintain service records and ensure timely completion of repair jobs
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Ensure proper handling of tools, spare parts, and customer devices
• Provide technical support and guidance to showroom staff if required
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a mobile and laptop technician
• Strong knowledge of electronics hardware and software troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel as part of the job
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
• ITI/Diploma in Electronics or related certification preferred

Salary: Based on experience and industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
