Extremely costly. They compare themself with ace divino but If you compare park area, facility and possession date then they can't justify it. There is too much loading for 2005 sq ft and other size. They tried to justify the prices but reasons are not good enough to convince anybody.

Don’t buy any flat from broker their… i have booked a flat and at the time of booking they promise multiple perks but now they are giving me hard time and Asif (broker) don’t even know how to talk to people… and nobody is responding to my queries… very pathetic experience…
