Worst builder….. suffering after buying flat in Express Zenith……. no proper water no maintenance. Builder is not ready to handover maintenance. Club is closed….. they charge lifetime membership charges and then ask you to pay 30-35 k per year to avail it.Pathetic builder…. Please save yourself
