Language Expert / Linguistic Analyst

As the Liaison between Teams: - Serve as the primary liaison between the linguistics team, development team, and capabilities team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. - Schedule and assign tasks within the linguistics team, monitoring progress to meet project deadlines. - Coordinate with the development team to translate UI components into various target languages, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance. - Work closely with the capabilities team to identify, acquire, and implement new skills and technologies related to language translation. - Review and ensure the quality and consistency of translated materials across platforms. - Maintain clear documentation of translation workflows, timelines, and processes. - Assist in troubleshooting language-related issues during product development and deployment. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in language translation and localization. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in English, Linguistics, Translation, or related field preferred. - Prior experience in linguistic analysis, language translation, language coach, or similar roles is highly desirable. - Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage and schedule multiple tasks effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers and language specialists. - Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for language and accuracy. - Familiarity with translation tools and software is a plus. - Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage but not mandatory.,
